Free Shipping on Orders Over $35
Products marked with "Free Shipping" on the product page qualify for free shipping. Orders totaling more than $35 USD are eligible for this service.
Please note that oversized or heavy items, as well as certain custom fiber products not marked with "Free Shipping," are excluded from this offer. Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses.
Multiple Shipments
To help ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible, items within the same order may be shipped separately based on inventory availability and warehouse location. Shipping details for each item will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
U.S. Domestic Shipping
Products stocked in our U.S. warehouses are shipped from our fulfillment centers in California. Orders placed by 4:00 PM PST are typically shipped the same business day.
International Shipping
For customized products or items not currently available in our U.S. warehouses, Lumparts may fulfill and ship orders directly from our Global Warehouse through the Lumparts Global Shipping Program. Estimated delivery times for these items are provided during checkout, allowing you to review shipping options before placing your order.

No sales tax will be charged. For orders shipped from our Asia warehouse, Lumparts will manage customs clearance.
Canada and Mexico:
Customers are responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, or import fees assessed by local customs authorities.
For orders fulfilled from our Asia warehouse, Lumparts will handle customs clearance where applicable.
What should I do if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
If your shipment arrives damaged, please take photos or videos of the package and product immediately upon receipt and contact our support team. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible. If shipping damage is confirmed, we will assist you with a replacement or refund in accordance with our return policy.
